TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Agreement is a contract between Customer and KWENG LOCK ENTERPRISE. By using Locks Online, the Customer shall be bound by this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
The Terms and Conditions are as follow:-
- “Customer” shall mean the person who makes an order to purchase the products using the person’s Login account.
- “Intellectual Property” shall mean all intellectual property rights of whatsoever nature, including (without limitation) patents, designs, present and future trademark or copyright, whether or not registered or registrable by any means, and the right to file an application for registration thereof.
- “Login” shall mean a Customer’s online access to LOCKS Online under that Customer’s registration.
- “Product/Products” shall mean any and all the products for sale by LOCKS Online.
- “LOCKS” shall mean KWENG LOCK ENTERPRISE who is the seller of the products by LOCKS Online.
- “LOCKS Online” shall mean this Internet site and the medium by which Products are offered for sale by LOCKS to the Customer.
All Products sold by LOCKS through this site are subject to the Terms and Conditions. By submitting the order for processing by LOCKS Online, the Customer shall deem to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions at the time the order is submitted for processing.
The Customer shall agree to complete the registration process according to requirements by LOCKS as stated on this site. The Customer shall provide LOCKS with complete and updated information which shall include (but shall not be limited to) the Customer’s legal name, address, contact number and e-mail address. Registration is open to anyone.
The Customer will be liable for every order made under his/her Login and agrees to indemnify LOCKS for all claims, damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for the Products using the Customer’s Login. The Customer shall be responsible for updating his/her registration information.

The Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order via e-mail.
Free delivery to one location with purchase of MYR40 and above in one receipt. Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangements such as special timing, location, etc.
Access to LOCKS Online is through a personal login ID. The Customer shall ensure his/her login ID is kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. LOCKS shall use its best endeavours to prevent any unauthorized entry to the LOCKS Online internet site. However, LOCKS shall not be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorized access to the LOCKS Online internet site.
CUSTOMER APPLICATION
The customer registration form must be completed before an order is placed with LOCKS Online. The Customer warrants that all information and data provided at the point of registration is accurate, complete and up to date. The Customer shall promptly inform LOCKS Online if there is a change to this information or data.
The Customer is responsible for any costs associated with accessing the LOCKS Online website and placing an order for goods with LOCKS Online, including any Internet provider fees.
In order to purchase goods from LOCKS Online, the Customer shall have a Delivery Address within Malaysia. LOCKS Online shall not be obliged to deliver goods to an area outside Malaysia.
PRICE
LOCKS shall make every effort to ensure that the prices and details of Products detailed by LOCKS Online are correct but LOCKS Online reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the Products without notice.
The prices advertised by LOCKS Online are applicable at the time the Customer view it. Prices for some Products may not necessarily correspond to the prices at LOCKS retail stores or other online store platforms like Lazada or Shopee. The price of certain Products or Special Bundle Sets may vary subjected to promotional periods on different online store platforms.
Items in the Customer’s order are charged at the purchase price applicable at the time the Customer submits his/her order and as shown on the order confirmation, except:
If an item is out of stock, in which case the customer shall not be charged for that item; and
If the Customer has given instruction to accept a substitute item, in which case the substitute item will be charged at the price at the time the substitute item is scanned for the Customer’s order.
Upon delivery of the items, LOCKS Online shall provide the Customer with an invoice specifying the total price for the items.
PAYMENT
Payment for Products ordered through LOCKS Online can be made with all major credit cards and online banking platforms.
If the Customer’s credit card is declined by its financial institution, LOCKS Online reserves the right to refuse delivery of Products to its Customers.
LOCKS may change the method of payment for the online orders at any time and such changes may be notified to the Customer via e-mail, phone call, or by placing notice on LOCKS Online internet site.
